Keto Coffee Making Yourself Bulletproof
I first read about "Keto Coffee" 8 months ago, my first reaction to butter in my coffee was Ewww"... butter!! in my coffee, that turned me off so I forgot about it. So off I went and bought the ingredients which is MCT Coconut Oil, Organic Unsalted Butter and Coffee Beans. The next morning, as I was trying the Keto Coffee, I was amazed at how good it tasted, (thanks to the butter) and it does give me energy throughout the day! I have been drinking this keto coffee ever since. It’s been two months and I really feel the difference in my energy level.

Recipe for Keto Coffee
2 Cups of Brewed Coffee
2 tablespoon Organic Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoon MCT Coconut Oil
Go and try to mix this up with a fork, you'll be sitting there mixing it for 20 minutes and having terrible results. Oil doesn't mix well with water unless you give it some help. You need to use a blender to be able to force these 2 liquids together, giving you the finished look like a latte.
